Field of Light - As evening falls, prepare to be captivated by the Field of Light, an extraordinary open-air exhibition by artist Bruce Munro. As the desert darkens, thousands of tiny glass spheres softly illuminate the landscape, creating a shimmering field of colour that stretches toward the base of Uluru. Wander along the glowing pathways and take in the tranquil atmosphere as the desert transforms into a radiant dreamscape beneath the stars.

Uluru

Rise early this morning to experience a sunrise viewing of Uluru on a guided vehicle tour around the base of the monolith. Discover its ancient rock formations and hear the stories that make this place so spiritually and culturally significant. Continue with a peaceful walk to the Mutitjulu Waterhole, rich in Aboriginal culture and natural beauty. Continue on to Kata Tjuṯa and take in the sweeping views from the dune viewing area before exploring the majestic Walpa Gorge, where towering domes and desert flora showcase the raw beauty of the Red Centre before returning to your hotel.  This evening, dine under the sparkling Outback sky at the Sounds of Silence dinner experience. Watch the sun set over Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, enjoy a didgeridoo performance and learn about the stars over a three-course bush-tucker inspired dinner.

Clothing - Daytime – comfortable touring clothes and good walking shoes Temperatures vary in the outback so pack layers for warm days and cooler mornings/evenings. 

Health and Fitness

A good standard of fitness and health is required for this tour. Clients must be independently mobile with the ability to walk on uneven ground and unaided for 30 minutes. Please note that mobility frames and wheelchairs are not practical or permitted on our tours. It is expected you will arrive on tour fit, healthy and ready to travel.
