Do I need a Passport?

For travel outside of New Zealand, you need a current New Zealand Passport.

Dependant on where you are travelling, will determine how long your passport will need to be valid for - we can check these for you. Passports are now available online. The service is very efficient and available at https://www.passports.govt.nz/most-citizens-can-apply-for-their-passport-online/most-citizens-can-apply-for-their-passport-online/.

If you are unable to do this we have New Zealand Passport forms in the office, you are welcome to call in for one.


Do I need a Visa?

This is depending on which countries you are travelling to and for how long. Our experienced consultants will be able to advise you upon booking.


Why do I need to pay for my airfares so soon?

Each airline will have rules and conditions that we need to adhere too. Often payment for tickets is due 24 hours from booking or 7 days after booking. We will advise the special conditions required at time of booking.


Why do you charge credit card fee?

As there are bank charges for credit card payments, we need to pass this on to you.


 

Do I need to reconfirm my reservations?

Generally, if you are holding a confirmed booked, you do not need to re-confirm. However, in regards to flights, it is always best to check with the airline close to departure time for any time changes or re-schedules.
