Orient to Outback

Cruise Hong Kong to Darwin plus ‘The Ghan’ Train

We continue our popular Cruise - ‘Ghan’ rail tour options with an oriental cruise on-board ‘Sun Princess’ from Hong Kong, calling at Vietnam’s ‘Jewel’ Halong Bay and Nga Trang to visit the enchanting city of Hoi An before continuing south to frenetic Ho Chi Mihn city.

The cruise continues to Bali in Indonesia before arriving in Darwin in North Queensland.

Board the iconic Ghan train after a night in Darwin to venture across the Red Centre of Australia with stopovers at Alice Springs and the sun-scorched opal capital mining capital of Coober Pedy to the friendly city of Adelaide.

Lunch at Seppeltsfield Winery in South Australia’s Barossa Valley is a fitting finale to this tour of contrasts.
