Alaska and the Yukon

Cruise Tour

‘North to Alaska’ – we all know the refrain and this tour offers an in-depth look at this region that is basically isolated for five months of the year.

We will see glaciers calving, snow on the tops of mountains, the Inside Passage and Denali National Park.

Our previous tour groups have returned with stories of vast landscapes, animals in their natural habitat and wonderful scenery.

Enjoying three days in the natural surroundings of the 24,000 sq km Denali National Park is special, before travelling on the luxurious McKinley Explorer train from Fairbanks to Anchorage.

Then step aboard the ‘Southbound’ cruise on board ‘ms Westerdam’ as it sails through the iconic Inside Passage alongside glaciers and snow-capped mountains; calling at Haines, the capital Juneau and Ketchikan en-route to Vancouver.
