Established by the Knights of St John in the 1500s, Valletta is the tiny capital of the island of Malta known for its palaces, grand buildings and the Caravaggio masterpiece ‘The Beheading of St John.’

Kotor is situated in a bay on the Adriatic Coast with a very narrow entrance surrounded by limestone cliffs. The ‘Old Town’ with its winding streets, is an UNESCO heritage site from the 12 – 14 centuries and a great place to explore.
Corfu is a large island in the Ionian Sea with rugged mountains and a resort-studded coastline. With white-washed houses, ancient fortresses and beaches, this is an ideal location to spend a day.
Messina is one of the main cities on the island and just across the strait of Messina from mainland Italy. The island is known as the ‘Crossroads of the Mediterranean’ and Messina the ‘Gateway to Sicily’.
A large city and important port in the south of Italy with Mt Vesuvius, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast nearby. Dating back to 2BC, this city of hustle and bustle has much to offer, including art, history and intriguing people-watching opportunities.
Rome’s port is about an 80 minute drive from Rome, a city which needs no introduction. Its 3000 year history can be seen at the Forum, Colosseum, the Vatican museum and Michelangelo’s Sistine chapel with its beautiful frescoes.
The second visit to this beautiful port lends itself to coffee and pastries in the square and relaxing.
This famed walled-city dates back to the 16th century. Stroll around the pedestrianised ‘Old Town,’ walk around the massive stone walls or take a boat trip around it! The cable car to the top of Mt Srd for spectacular views of the city and the calm blue waters of the Adriatic Sea.
The port of Piraeus is a 20 minute drive from Athens central and an optional tour allows you to see the Acropolis, Parthenon, the Temple of Olympian Zeus with time in the Plaka pedestrian shopping area.
The gem of the Aegean Sea is not to be missed. As you arrive, the vista of whitewashed cubie-form houses with blue window frames and roofs clinging to multi-coloured cliffs will astound. A great day to wander or relax in the many cafés.
Katakolon is a small seaside port with access to Olympia - the site of the original Olympic Games. See the ruins of the running track and stadium.
An attractive town with pastel-coloured buildings, palm lined avenues and chic cafes. This is Napoleon Bonaparte’s birth place and his home is now a museum.
Sète in the Occitanie region of South East France is known as the ‘Venice of the Languedoc’ because of its canal network. You may choose to visit the fortified town of Carcassonne, 90 minutes away or nearby Béziers, Narbonne or Montpellier.
Time to disembark with the option of
