The island of Komodo includes approximately 60 square miles of craggy mountains, deep canyons, savannas and monsoon rainforests.

You may catch a glimpse of a crocodile on a river cruise, and native blooms will decorate your stroll through the Botanic Gardens. At the James Cook Museum, learn about the history of this important township where Captain Cook spent seven weeks repairing his vessel, and then go fishing with the locals at Fisherman’s Wharf.
