Remarkably rebuilt from near-total wartime destruction, the city is now celebrated for its striking 20th and 21st-century architecture. Consider an optional excursion to the iconic Windmills of Kinderdijk before departing late afternoon.
Arrive mid-morning into Ålesund, widely regarded as Norway’s most beautiful city.
