Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Pukekohe Travel and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
  2. Entrants must have attended the Close to Home Escorted Tours Travel Showcase held on Tuesday 11 August 2026.
  3. To qualify, entrants must book and pay a deposit on any Pukekohe Travel escorted tour before 23 October 2026. Each confirmed (deposit-paid) booking constitutes one entry.
  4. The prize comprises one 7-day Pukekohe Travel escorted tour to the Chatham Islands for two people, including:
    • Return air travel on Air Chathams
    • Seven nights' accommodation
    • Airport transfers on the Chatham Islands
    • All meals (continental breakfast, picnic lunches, buffet dinners)
    • All sightseeing and entry fees as per the itinerary
    • A 90-page 'Discover the Chatham Islands' booklet and map, provided on arrival
    • Daily guided tours (excluding Pitt Island excursion and fishing trip)
    • A Pukekohe Travel escort, subject to a minimum of 20 passengers travelling
  5. The prize must be taken before 30 April 2027 and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  6. The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, or any item not expressly listed above.
  7. The prize is not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for cash or any other product.
  8. The winner will be selected by random draw on 28 October 2026 and notified directly by phone or email.
  9. The winner's name may be published on Pukekohe Travel's social media channels.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be added to the Pukekohe Travel database.
  11. Entrants' personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties.
  12. Pukekohe Travel reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these entry requirements, and to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
  13. To the extent permitted by law, Pukekohe Travel accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from use of the prize.
