2017 Voyage to the Marquesas Islands aboard Aranui 5

ARANUI-5-3-609 New Picture (1)-239

17 July - 03 August 2017

Escorted By Len  Edwards

Guaranteed departure

Previous Tours have all returned with glowing reports on both the ship and destination.
The new ship, Aranui 5, is the only way to explore the Marquesas Islands - operating between Tahiti, the Tuamotus and the Marquesas. The crew is primarily Marquesians, the first language is French but English is spoken by them all.
The ship is in the style of a traditional cargo ship – a modern custom-built mixed passenger / cargo vessel, but with all the latest amenities.
Previous groups described it more like a cruise, with the additional experience of calling at tiny ports.
Aranui 5 offers comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation for approximately 240 passengers who will be able to sunbathe on deck, visit the fitness room, enjoy a spa treatment, swim in the pool or enjoy exotic tropical drinks while she winds her way among the Marquesas Islands.
All meals, wine with lunch and dinner and all shore excursions are included. There are options for the fit and energetic and others for the more sedentary.

Len Edwards - our escort has escorted two previous tours for Pukekohe Travel but this will be his fifth voyage to the Marquesas! Len lives in Rarotonga and has worked most of his life with the bank on many diverse and far flung islands. He looks forwards to returning with you to the Marquesas’
