FAQDo I need a Passport?For travel outside of New Zealand, you need a current New Zealand Passport.
We have New Zealand Passport forms in the office, you are welcome to call in for one.
Do I need a visa?
This is depending on which countries you are travelling to and for how long.
Our experience consultants will be able to advise you upon booking. Why do I need to pay for my airfares so soon?
Each airline will have rules and conditions that we need to alter too.
Often payment for tickets is due 24 hours from booking or 7 days after booking. We will advise the special conditions required at time of booking. Why do you charge credit card fee?

Do I need to reconfirm my resrevations?
Generally, if you are holding a confirmed booked, you do not need to re-confirm.
However, in regards to flights, it is always best to check with the airline close to departure time for any time changes or re-schedules. |
