Boat - Bicycle Tour in Italy and Croatia

From 4/06/2012 to 27/06/2012. (Confirmed - Places Available)

This escorted group tour will suit both cyclists and non-cyclists as you travel through two contrasting countries and scenery.
Begin in Bolzano, cycle the northern plains of Italy, sail into Venice, boat to Split, travel to the ancient Croatian UNESCO Heritage city of Dubrovnik and boat cycle to Crostian islands.
A wonderful cycle / boating tour awaits.

Features

Bolzano is a real gem and an ideal start to the tour. Then cycle through 16th, 17th and 18th century villages, vineyards and orchards of almost flat northern Italy countryside with the ‘Ave Maria’ as your sailing home.
A city tour of Dubrovnik is a wonderful introduction to the Croatian sector and we will be taking you over the easiest routes as you sail to and cycle the more hilly Croatian islands including Hvar, Korčula and Vis.
The ‘Ave Maria’ and ‘San Snova’ are both new and comfortable boats - each with its own character. All cabins have private facilities and air conditioning, all meals on board are included and you will be spoilt by the quality. There are pleasant viewing decks on both boats for those who chose to miss a day’s riding or those non cyclists.
Approaching Venice and Split from the sea is a very special experience.
