Saturday 03        Relax and enjoy the experience of the beauty and tranquillity of Queen Charlotte, Pelorus and Kenepuru Sounds. Enjoy shore excursions including walks through mature native bush and a section of Queen Charlotte Track, visiting Motuara Island Bird Sanctuary where robins, tuis, kiwis, penguins and bellbirds live and Ships Cove where Captain Cook established a base. Get an insight into mussel farming and salmon fishing and even have time for some social fishing for Blue Cod.

Arrive in Havelock where your “Affinity” cruise concludes. 
You will be met to start your High Country adventure. Coach to Blenheim and tour the town before a visit to the Omaka Aviation Museum with its planes and artefacts from WWI and mannequins and props made by Weta Workshop. This afternoon, enjoy wine tasting at a well known vineyard before travelling onto Ugbrook Country House to relax, enjoy the grounds or a game of pitch and putt golf before dinner
